Denaurum ("we", "us") produces and publishes content to our own YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok accounts using an internally-operated automation system. This policy explains what data that system accesses and how it is used.

What this applies to

This is not a public product or service with external users or accounts. It is an internal tool that publishes content on behalf of the Denaurum channel/brand accounts that we own and control.

Data we access

To publish content automatically, our system connects to YouTube, Instagram, and/or TikTok using each platform's official API and OAuth authorization. This grants access to:

How we use it

Access tokens are used exclusively to publish video, image, and audio content that we created to the accounts we own, and to check the status of that content after publishing. We do not use this access to read, collect, or analyze personal data belonging to other users, followers, or third parties.

Data storage

Authentication tokens are stored encrypted at rest on our own server infrastructure. They are never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party, except where required by law or by the platform providers themselves (Google, Meta, TikTok) to operate their APIs.

Data retention

Tokens are retained only as long as needed to operate the automation, and are deleted if a connected account is disconnected or the integration is discontinued.
